Phlox "Krasen" is a perennial plant distinguished by its bright and saturated pink color with a slight nude nuance and a carmine ring on the petals. The inflorescences have a conical shape with protrusions, are large and dense, making them noticeable accents in the garden. The petals are slightly wavy, and the flower maintains a correct wheel-like structure.
The plant height ranges from 50 to 130 cm, depending on growing conditions, with upright bushes that grow quickly to form a dense bush. The corolla diameter is in the range of 3.0–3.2 cm, and the inflorescence height reaches 70–75 cm. Phlox prefers sunny or semi-shaded areas with moderate soil moisture and does not tolerate water stagnation, so good drainage is important.
The flowering period is late, usually in June–September, while plants die back to ground level in winter and regenerate from the base in spring. They are resistant to diseases and weather conditions, as well as easily propagated by dividing bushes or suckering. For maximum effect, it is recommended to plant phlox at a distance of about 60 cm apart and combine it with low-growing perennials. Thanks to its bright color and dense inflorescence, "Krasen" is perfect for both garden compositions and living hedges.
