Phlox drummondii "Krasa" is an annual decorative grass up to 25 cm tall with erect and branched stems. The plant features bright star-shaped flowers that form compact bushes, creating vivid color accents in the garden or on a balcony.
Flowering starts in early summer and continues until the first frost, and plants can withstand light frosts. Due to its light-warm-loving nature, phlox prefers moist, fertile, and loose soil. For successful cultivation, seeds are sown for seedlings in March–April, and after the first true leaf appears, they are transplanted.
"Krasa" is excellent for greening flower beds, rabats, mixed borders, balcony boxes, garden vases, and containers. The plant grows easily in open ground (spaced 15 cm apart) as well as in pots or other containers, making it a versatile choice for decorative landscape enthusiasts.
