Daffodil Glory of Lys

Glory of Lys is a bright and fragrant narcissus that will bring a spring flair to your garden. The plant reaches a height of 40–45 cm, and the flower has a diameter of 6 to 10 cm. The corona differs in a unique shape: it is divided, which gives the bouquet an original look and allows observing the change of shades – from bright orange in the center to light yellow on the outer edges. Petals are oval, slightly overlapping each other, and the edges are painted with a dark orange thin line.

Flowers bloom from mid-May and maintain their aroma until the end of spring. They are perfect for cutting as well as for group plantings: in flower beds, borders, or under trees, they create a picturesque contrast. The plant does not require special conditions – it prefers moderately moist soil and full sun. After flowering, leaves are left, and flower stalks are removed.

Glory of Lys is hardy down to zones 3-4, which makes it suitable for growing in various climatic conditions without the need for additional shelter. Thanks to its unpretentiousness and bright appearance, it will be an excellent choice for both novice gardeners and those who appreciate original decorative plants.
