Primal F1

Primal F1 is an early-maturing hybrid with a vegetative period from seedling transplanting to fruit ripening of 60-65 days, and from seed sowing — about 85 days. The fruits are round, with a dense netted pattern on the rind and a creamy-yellow color. Average fruit weight ranges from 1.2 to 1.8 kg. The flesh is dense, juicy, aromatic, and has a high sugar content, giving it a rich sweet taste. The plant has a strong vegetative mass, which allows its leaves to effectively protect the fruits from sunburn. The hybrid is highly resistant to adverse weather conditions, including drought and heat, as well as fungal diseases such as powdery mildew, dry rot, and fusarium. The plant is warm-loving and cannot tolerate spring frosts; therefore, seeds should be sown in soil heated to +12°C. The optimal temperature for growth and development is from +25 to +30°C. Primal F1 does not require special soil conditions, but performs best on nutrient-rich, organic, neutral pH chernozems, sandy loams, and sandy soils, preferring well-lit and warmed areas. Primal F1 melon is intended for fresh consumption and is well-suited for long-distance transport due to its excellent transportability and long storage life. The hybrid is characterized by high yield and good resistance to stress and diseases, making it an attractive choice for cultivation under various climatic conditions.
