MacMays Homemade Tomato Paste 25% is a concentrated tomato product made from crushed and stewed tomatoes using traditional recipes. The paste has a thick consistency, sweet taste, and rich texture, making it an ideal base for sauces, soups, pasta, and meat or fish dishes.
The product composition includes aseptic preserved tomato paste, drinking prepared water, sugar, table salt, acidity regulator – citric acid, as well as preservatives in the form of sodium benzoate. 100 g contains 79 kcal, 4 g of protein, 0 g of fat, and 15.8 g of carbohydrates. The packaging is a 300 g glass jar.
The paste is stored at a temperature of 0 to +25 °C and relative humidity not exceeding 75%. The shelf life is 240 days. The product is produced in Ukraine under the MacMay brand and is intended for culinary use, providing a natural taste without artificial additives.
