Poppy Rosette

Selection Heritage of the M. M. Gryshko NBG

The 'Rosett' poppy is not intended for large-scale industrial farming; rather, it represents pure aesthetics born from the breeding programs of the M. M. Gryshko National Botanical Garden of the NAS of Ukraine. This variety is designed for those who view their garden as a canvas rather than a production facility. Unlike agricultural hybrids focused on seed yield, 'Rosett' prioritizes visual impact and the intricate architecture of the flower.

Visual Dominance in Landscape Design

The core value of this variety lies in its ornamental properties. It is a selection product that integrates seamlessly into 'wild' style flowerbeds, meadow gardens, or mixed borders. 'Rosett' is characterized by high petal density and vivid color, making it distinct among other ornamental poppy varieties. The plant's resilience to Ukrainian climatic conditions is a direct result of local adaptation during the breeding process at the botanical garden.
