Flax "Reliable" is not only a high-yield agricultural crop but also a valuable source of beneficial substances. Flax seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which support cardiovascular health, and contain a high amount of fiber, promoting healthy digestion and lowering cholesterol levels. Moreover, flax contains lignans with antioxidant properties, which help in preventing certain types of cancer. Due to its pleasant nutty flavor, flax seeds are widely used in culinary applications — they are added to baked goods, smoothies, yogurt, salads, and sauces, and are also used as ground seeds or flaxseed oil.
