Lilium 'Accent' – an Asian hybrid from the OA group, created within the framework of the project of FSBSI 'I.V. Michurin Federal Scientific Center'. The variety is distinguished by white flowers with a purple-brown eye, forming a broad pyramidal spike and facing upwards. The flowers have oval petals; the central part is colored in a purple-brown shade on an orange background, while the marginal filaments are cream-white. The bulb is white, and the plant reaches a height of about 90 cm and can develop up to 60 bulbils on the stem.
'Accent' has a medium flowering duration – approximately 20 days, and there is no aroma. The plant is characterized by shiny green leaves and a sturdy straight scape. The variety is resistant to a wide range of weather conditions, diseases, and pests, which makes it a universal choice for gardening.
Due to its bright coloring and durability, 'Accent' is often used as an element of landscape design in combination with other decorative plants, such as tulips, daffodils, gladiolus, and calla lilies. This makes it ideal for creating striking compositions in the garden or on the plot.
