Lily YELLOW WONDER

A Reliable Decorative Asset for Your Garden

The 'Yellow Miracle' (Zheltoye Chudo) lily, developed by the Michurin Federal Scientific Center, is a prime example of an Asian hybrid designed for durability and visual impact. From a gardener's operational perspective, this variety is highly valued for its winter hardiness and minimal maintenance requirements.

Technical Specifications and Care

• Height: The plants reach 90–120 cm, making them ideal for mid-to-back border placements. The stems are robust, providing consistent vertical interest without the frequent need for staking.
• Flower Form: The tubular blooms add a sophisticated texture to any landscape. The vibrant yellow color is fade-resistant, maintaining its saturation even in full sun exposure.
• Maintenance: Being an Asian hybrid, this lily is exceptionally low-maintenance. The primary requirement is well-drained soil, as the bulbs are susceptible to rot in waterlogged conditions. Regular deadheading after the bloom is the only specific task required to conserve the bulb's energy for the following season.

Integrating 'Yellow Miracle' into your garden planning offers a high return on investment in terms of aesthetic appeal. The variety thrives with minimal intervention, naturally multiplying over time. By ensuring proper soil aeration at the time of planting, you minimize the need for future remedial work, allowing the lilies to establish a permanent, reliable presence in your decorative beds.
