The lettuce leaves are bright green, medium-sized, ruffled, juicy, tender, and crisp, with no bitterness. The head is small, open, and of medium density. Due to its taste qualities and high vitamin content, the lettuce is considered a low-calorie food and is excellent for healthy eating.
