Lettuce Boston

Boston salad is a mid-early variety of head lettuce that matures in 45-55 days. It is suitable for growing in both open and protected ground from early spring to late autumn. The plant forms a loose head weighing from 150 to 300 grams, consisting of green, tender leaves with a characteristic oily texture and a piquant taste.

This variety is characterized by good resistance to spring frosts, mosaic virus, and sunburn. Additionally, Boston salad does not tend to bolt, which ensures a stable yield and ease of transport. Thanks to these qualities, it is widely used for various culinary purposes.

Boston salad goes well with light dressings, sweet fruits, and soft cheeses. Its tender leaves are perfect for making sandwiches and hamburgers, and can also be used in hot dishes, making this variety universal and in demand in cuisine.
