The 'Syneva Nadii' lavender variety is the result of long-term research by breeders at the Institute of Climate-Oriented Agriculture of the NAAS of Ukraine. Registered in 2021, this variety was developed to meet the demand for a crop capable of stable development in the challenging conditions of the Ukrainian Steppe zone. Unlike many introduced varieties, 'Syneva Nadii' was specifically bred with local soil and climatic realities in mind, ensuring high adaptability.

Morphological features and potential

The plant forms a compact, medium-sized bush with moderate branching. A key characteristic of the variety is its combination of decorative appeal and productivity: long peduncles with dense inflorescences, thickly covered with purple flowers, make it attractive not only for essential oil production but also for landscape design. According to the State Register, the variety has the following parameters:

• Long leaves with moderate green intensity and weak pubescence.
• Medium essential oil content with a balanced level of linalyl acetate.
• Medium flowering onset, allowing for efficient harvest planning.
