Sineva Lavender – a perennial, drought-resistant shrub growing to about 50–70 cm in height, distinguished by its dense and fluffy foliage due to strong branching. The leaves are narrow, 2 to 6 cm long, with a grey-green color and covered in fine hairs, giving the plant a special attractiveness.
Flowering begins in June and continues until the end of August. During this period, the foliage is covered with numerous narrow spikes resembling blue-violet spikes; each individual flower is about 1 cm long and turns into a miniature fruit when withering. Seeds ripen approximately in early September.
Sineva grows well on sunny areas with well-drained, dry soil, protected from strong winds. The plant does not tolerate waterlogging, so sufficient drainage is important when planting. Due to low maintenance requirements and drought resistance, Sineva Lavender is suitable for both beginner gardeners and those who want to add bright accents and a soothing aroma to their landscape.
