Description Dnipro 310 MW
The hybrid corn Dneprovskiy 310 MV (DMS 3111, FAO 310) is a medium-maturing, high-yielding variety developed by the Ukrainian company Maïs. It is characterized by drought and heat tolerance, ensuring stable yields even under challenging climatic conditions. The hybrid is suitable for cultivation in various regions of Ukraine, including the Southern and Northern Steppes, Forest-Steppe, and Polissia, making it a versatile choice for farmers.

The plant is of medium height with a long, slightly conical ear and medium intensity of stem coloration. The tassel exhibits early-to-medium flowering time, with a long main axis and numerous lateral branches. The grain is intermediate type, yellow at the top. The hybrid has good water shedding and resistance to a number of diseases, including common rust and southern gummy blight, although it is susceptible to ear and stalk fungal diseases.

Grain yield varies from 50 to 138.9 centners per hectare depending on growing conditions, while the average yield of dry matter reaches 97.2 centners per hectare, exceeding regional standards by 12.7 centners per hectare. Seed density before harvest varies from 35-40 to 70-80 thousand plants per hectare depending on the region. Dneprovskiy 310 MV is recommended for silage use and provides high productivity with proper agronomic practices.
