Prestige 365 MV

Prestige 365 MV is a medium-early trihybrid corn with FAO index 260, developed by the Institute of Steppe Zone Agriculture of NAAN Ukraine and registered in the State Register of Plant Varieties in 2013. This hybrid is characterized by high profitability under recommended agronomic practices and is intended for cultivation in various climatic zones of Ukraine, including Polissia, Forest-Steppe, and Steppe. Plants reach a height of 228-240 cm, do not bush, and are resistant to lodging and stem breakage, ensuring stable yield. The ear, 20-24 cm long, has a conical-cylindrical shape with 14-16 rows of yellow dent kernels, with 1000-kernel weight ranging from 237-260 g. Ear attachment height is 82-91 cm, and the stalk is red.

The hybrid is cold-tolerant and drought-resistant, responds well to fertilizer application, and exhibits high resistance to diseases such as blister rust, stalk rot, and gnomosporiosis. The recommended plant density before harvest in the Steppe zone is 50-55 thousand plants per hectare. Potential dry grain yield reaches 13.0 t/ha in Polissia, 14.2 t/ha in Forest-Steppe, and 11.9 t/ha in Steppe.

Prestige 365 MV seed material is presented as first-generation seeds, obtained by crossing sterile simple hybrid Dunay M with self-pollinated line ILK 273 VM, ensuring full restoration of pollen fertility. Seeds are impregnated with Maxim 025 and a biostimulator, dyed with eco-friendly paint without polymers, and packaged in paper kraft bags of 25 kg.
