It stands out for its earliest maturation among similar varieties: with early spring planting, the vegetative period is 55-60 days, and with early summer planting — 45-55 days. This allows harvesting in the shortest possible time, which is especially important for early seasons.

Matin F1 plants have a medium habit with vertically oriented light-green leaves. The cauliflower heads are snowy-white, firm, round in shape with a slightly flattened appearance, medium weight — from 1.2 to 1.5 kg. Due to uniform maturation, the harvest can be quickly and efficiently collected, simplifying the harvesting process and increasing its profitability.
