Sabord F1 is a medium-maturing hybrid developed by Clause, characterized by high yield and heat tolerance. The vegetative period is 80-90 days from transplanting seedlings, allowing cultivation during late summer and autumn seasons. The plant forms medium-sized rosettes with semi-upright, protective leaves that effectively shield the flower heads from sunburn, preserving their snow-white color even in hot weather.

Sabord cabbage heads are round or oval, dense and crinkled, weighing between 2 to 3 kg, averaging around 2.5 kg. They exhibit uniformity and evenness, ensuring high product quality. Due to the leaves' good shading ability and the compact structure of the heads, the cabbage withstands transportation without deformation or damage, and maintains its market appearance and freshness during storage.
