Katarina F1 cabbage is a super-early, high-yielding hybrid developed by the Dutch seed company Bejo Zaden. The plant features a strong but low stem with evenly spaced, dense green leaves covered with a slight waxy coating. During maturation, it forms a spherical head with a compact structure and a sweet flavor. The vegetation period is approximately 50-58 days, allowing for very early harvest.

The Katarina F1 hybrid is suitable for cultivation under plastic covers, non-woven fabric, and in open ground. The heads have an attractive, uniform, and smooth appearance, green color, and a weight ranging from 0.8 to 1.8 kg, making them convenient for harvesting and transportation. The recommended planting density is 45-55 thousand plants per hectare. The cabbage demonstrates high resistance to bolting, fungal diseases, and rot, significantly increasing harvest reliability.

For successful cultivation of this hybrid, it is necessary to maintain proper irrigation and fertilization, as head formation directly depends on temperature and care conditions.
