Braxan F1

Braxan F1 cabbage is a mid-season hybrid of white cabbage, developed by the French seed company Clause, one of the world's leading seed producers. The maturity period is 90-100 days, allowing for harvest within a reasonable timeframe. The hybrid is versatile in cultivation and suitable for various agroclimatic zones and soil types, making it popular both in open ground and under cover — with plastic film, agrofiber, or in greenhouses. Growing under cover promotes an earlier and higher yield.

Braxan F1 heads have a round shape and average weight of 2.7 to 3.5 kg, with dimensions of about 22×22 cm. The heads are characterized by a dense structure, formed by thin, tender leaves with a small central vein. Externally, the cabbage has an attractive green color with a characteristic bluish tint and a waxy coating, while internally it is snow-white. This structure and coloration ensure good storage and transportability without loss of quality.

High sugar content in Braxan F1 cabbage gives it an excellent taste, making this hybrid particularly valuable for culinary and processing purposes. The cabbage is ideal for making fresh salads and other dishes, as well as for industrial processing. With optimal planting density (40-45 thousand plants per hectare), yields may exceed 100 tons per hectare, confirming the high productivity and economic attractiveness of this variety.
