Bagratión F1 is an ultra-early hybrid of white cabbage with a vegetation period of 47-52 days. This variety is characterized by its high early maturity, allowing harvest within a short time frame both in plastic greenhouses and on open ground. The heads are round in shape, light green in color, and have an average weight of up to 1.5 kilograms, making them convenient for harvesting and transportation.

One of the key features of this variety is its high resistance to splitting and cracking, ensuring the preservation of its market appearance during transportation and storage. The leaves are tightly packed together, forming a dense structure with a juicy and fresh taste. Thanks to these qualities, Bagratión F1 is ideal for fresh consumption and is in high demand in the fresh vegetable market.

Moreover, the variety is valued for its high content of ascorbic acid, which remains in the cabbage even after prolonged storage. Although vitamin C is partially lost over time, after half a year, approximately 50 mg of ascorbic acid remains per 100 grams of mass. This makes Bagratión F1 not only delicious but also nutritious, suitable for diverse culinary applications.
