Bourbon F1

Bourbon F1 cabbage is an early-maturing hybrid of head cabbage developed by the Dutch company Hazera Seeds. The period from sowing to harvest is 55-65 days, allowing for quick access to fresh produce. Plants form large, round, and dense heads weighing 2 to 3.5 kg, with bright green color and good internal structure. Thanks to its compact stalk and excellent taste, this hybrid is ideal for fresh consumption, salad preparation, and pickling.
