Description Rococo
Rococo – an early-maturing arugula variety known as Indau, which grows quickly and yields harvest as early as 15‑20 days after sowing. The period from germination to full maturity is about 20–35 days, depending on growing conditions. Plant height is usually in the range of 20–25 cm, while leaves are large, tender, and have a slightly mustard-nut flavor.

Indau arugula leaves possess a unique aroma and flavor, making them an ideal addition to vitamin salads, fish, and meat. They are almost calorie-free but rich in vitamins (C, K), carotene, iodine, and flavonoids that help strengthen blood vessels, lower cholesterol, and increase hemoglobin levels. Thanks to high yield – up to 3 kg/m² – even beginning gardeners can get a generous harvest.

The variety is hardy: Indau arugula is easy to grow both in open ground and at home on a windowsill. It is recommended to sow every two weeks to ensure a constant supply of fresh greens throughout the summer. Seeds germinate quickly – 7–14 days until sprouts reach 4–6 cm in height, after which the plant begins to develop actively. This makes Indau arugula an excellent choice for those who value quick results and a rich set of beneficial substances in one product.
