Mode of action: the product is absorbed by the leaves and stems of grass weeds, reaches all parts of the plant, disrupting its development, leading to plant death.
List of main susceptible weed species
Common oat, Aleppo sorghum, common crabgrass, creeping couch grass, chickweed (species), grassy bindweed, multicolored ryegrass, common field chickweed, bristle grass (species), palmate sedge, hairless grass, meadow foxtail (species).
Compatibility
The product is compatible with most pesticides and liquid fertilizers. However, in each individual case, compatibility assessment of the tank-mixed components should be conducted. It is not recommended to use Toplanz 240, c.e. in tank mixtures with betaine group products under elevated air temperatures (+25 °C or higher), as this increases the risk of crop intoxication.
Application features
Apply in calm, warm weather (best control observed at temperatures +15 °C to +20 °C). Low air temperatures (+10...12 °C) slow down the manifestation of visible herbicide effects, which is due to inhibition of plant metabolic processes.
Apply at least 6 hours before expected rain.
Do not spray weakened crops or those under stress (cold, drought, disease, or pest infestation).
Working solution application rate for ground spraying is 200-300 L/ha. Complete coverage of the area and thorough wetting of plants are mandatory when applying the product.
