Kaput — systemic herbicide with full action against annual and perennial weeds.
Active ingredient: isopropylamine salt of glyphosate, 480 g/l.
Formulation: aqueous solution.
Packaging: 20 L.
Mode of action:
Penetrates through leaves and other green parts of the plant. Translocated throughout all plant organs, including the root system, blocking amino acid synthesis. Plants die within 5-10 (up to 30) days depending on weather conditions, weed species, and plant age. Initial signs of herbicide effect appear no earlier than 3-4 days, manifesting as yellowing, then browning and wilting of leaves. The herbicide has no soil activity and can be applied before or after crop emergence.
Application instructions:
Highest efficiency is achieved under dry, warm weather conditions.
Do not apply during hot days with strong sunlight or when night frosts are possible. Recommended to spray at temperatures between +10 to +25 ºC using ground equipment in early morning (before 10) and evening (after 18) hours with minimal wind. Wind speed during fine spray should not exceed 3 m/s, during coarse spray — 4 m/s. Do not spray on wet plants due to rain or dew, or if precipitation is expected within the next 6 hours.
Spray on actively growing weeds.
Working solution consumption rate:
200 to 300 L/ha
Advantages of application:
completely eliminates over 100 species of annual and perennial broadleaf and grassy weeds;
short-term frosts do not reduce herbicidal effect provided that leaf and vascular systems are not damaged by frost;
no soil activity or residual effect;
significant savings in labor and material resources;
rapidly degrades in soil into natural components.
Special features:
maximum effect is achieved under warm, dry weather and sufficient soil moisture;
do not apply the product during or before expected rainfall;
the surface of weed leaves at the time of application should be sufficiently developed (average height 10–20 cm) for better absorption;
prevent contact of the product with leaves and stems of crop plants.
