SYSTEMIC HERBICIDE FOR THE CONTROL OF
ANNUAL DICOTYLEDONOUS AND SOME
GRASSY WEEDS DURING THE GROWTH PERIOD
OF SUGAR AND FORAGE BEET
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
fenmedifam, 91 g/l + desmedifam, 71 g/l + etofumezat, 112 g/l
FORMULATION: concentrate emulsion
PACKAGING: 5 L plastic cans
ADVANTAGES OF THE PREPARATION:
• Base of the beet protection system
• Well-chosen active ingredients
• Improved formulation
• Rapid plant uptake
MECHANISM OF ACTION:
Bulat, c.e., is a selective systemic herbicide used after emergence for controlling annual dicotyledonous and some grassy weeds during cultivation of sugar and forage beets. The well-selected active ingredients: desmedifam, fenmedifam and etofumezat, and their ratios in the preparation lead to blocking vital systems in weeds. Desmedifam and fenmedifam disrupt the second stage of the photosynthetic system, while etofumezat interferes with lipid synthesis in cells. The processes induced in weeds by the active ingredients of the preparation are irreversible and destructive.
SPECTRUM OF ACTION OF THE HERBICIDE Bulat, c.e.:
The herbicide is used to suppress and destroy a wide spectrum of dicotyledonous and some grassy weeds
SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE USE OF PREPARATION Bulat, c.e.:
Does the herbicide Bulat, c.e. harm crop plants?
The preparation does not harm crop plants, provided it is used according to the recommendations given on the label.
At which stage of weed development is it advisable to use the herbicide Bulat, c.e.?
After the cotyledon stage in dicotyledonous weeds and the collar stage in grassy weeds, control weakens, so strict adherence to recommendations is necessary. The effectiveness of herbicide application depends on the weed density, species composition, age and physiological state of the weeds.
Can the herbicide Bulat, c.e. be used in mixtures with other preparations?
The preparation can be used in tank mixes with other preparations, as well as with grass herbicides (e.g., Stiletto, Skval and others), and most insecticides, fungicides and fertilizers. The quality of tank mixes is affected by the water parameters used to prepare the working solution. Therefore, it is not recommended to use hard cold water from artesian wells. In each case, a preliminary check for chemical compatibility of the preparations is required.
