Soil and post-emergence herbicide designed for controlling annual broadleaf and some grassy weeds on sugar beet crops
Formulation: concentrate emulsion
Active ingredient: chlorazin, 430 g/L
Manufacturer: "Istrochem Bratislava", Slovakia
Advantages of the product:
gentle effect on sugar and fodder beets;
combines well with other products in tank mixes;
when mixed with other products, Burex broadens its spectrum of action and reduces phytotoxic effects on crops;
can be applied both in soil and pre-emergence protection systems.
Burex 430 SC acts directly on weeds through roots and leaves. Penetrating into the root system of germinating weeds from the soil, the product destroys them before emergence or immediately after emergence of the weed. On emerged weed seedlings, Burex acts through roots and leaves (on the 2nd to 4th true leaf stage of weeds).
APPLICATION RECOMMENDATIONS:
Before application, the product should be thoroughly mixed. The measured amount of the product should be poured through a sieve into the sprayer tank, half-filled with water, and while continuously stirring, the tank should be filled with water to the required volume
Burex 430 SC can be applied within 24 hours after preparing the working solution, previously thoroughly mixed. When used in mixtures with other products, the working solution should be applied on the day of preparation of BURLEX. In band application, half the recommended dose is recommended. The time for people to return to treated areas for mechanized work is 3 days, for manual work - 7 days. For pre-emergence application, it is recommended in areas with regular droughts and later sowing. In case of fluctuating moisture and irregular rainfall, it is recommended to apply the entire dose before sowing or before emergence, possibly in band application. Incorporation depth 2-3 cm. For split applications, the first application should be conducted pre-emergence during weed development; subsequent applications should be conducted 7-14 days later depending on weed infestation
Total Burex 430 SC dose per vegetation period: 7.5 L / ha
Adequate soil moisture or rainfall after application allows the product to penetrate well into the root system of weeds
The product is effective against most annual broadleaf weeds. Does not affect perennial weeds such as field bindweed, creeping foxtail, field bittersweet, and oat grass. Protective period: 4-6 weeks after application. Speed of action — first signs of effect appear within 3 days after application
When used post-emergence, the product should be applied when sugar beet reaches the 2-true-leaf stage
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR INCREASING EFFICACY:
Efficacy of Burex 430 SC depends on soil moisture. When used in mixtures with products based on desmedifam and fenmedifam, adhere to application timing (2-4 leaf stage of weeds)
The rate of working solution is 300-600 L of water per 1 ha
