Description Khorovod
Helipterum "Horowod" – an annual plant 40–50 cm tall with straight, dry stems and sparsely branching branches. The inflorescences are baskets up to 6 cm in diameter, colored in various shades with a bright yellow center, making them attractive for both live bouquets and use as dried flowers in winter compositions.

For cultivation, sowing is recommended at the end of the first decade of May directly into the open ground. Seeds should be covered with a soil layer about 5 mm thick; during dry weather, they are better protected with paper or cover material to ensure denser germination. Seedlings appear 5–7 days after sowing. With dense sowing, plants must be thinned, leaving a distance of 15–20 cm between them, which ensures optimal development and access to light.

Soil and lighting requirements are simple: the plant prefers loose, relatively poor in organic matter soil and a sunny location. Ideal for planting in open ground, where it can be used as a border or decorative row element. Flowering begins in July and continues until September, and inflorescences retain brightness and attractiveness even after drying, making them in demand in floristics.

"Horowod" is a reliable choice for those who value care simplicity and aesthetic versatility. Its compact size allows placing plants in small spaces, and bright inflorescences add picturesque appeal to both summer beds and winter compositions.
