Description Businka
The dessert rowan «Buzinka» is a sweet red rowan variety without the characteristic astringency of the common type. The berries are round, smooth, and glossy, weighing up to 1.2 g, in a bright red color. The taste combines sweetness with a slight acidic aftertaste, reminiscent of cranberries or mountain ash.

The fruit contains a lot of vitamin C and carotenoids, as well as antioxidants, making it beneficial for health. Due to its high juiciness and rich aroma, «Buzinka» is ideal both for fresh consumption and for making desserts, jams, juices, and teas.

The variety belongs to the intensive group and can be used in production «for berries». Ripening begins in early September. The fruits are well preserved – up to four months under proper storage conditions, allowing them to be used over a long period.
