'Agata' is characterized by good resistance to drought, heat, and frost down to -24 °C. The culture does not require special conditions: it is suitable for various soil types with proper preparation and spring pruning. To protect against winter cold, it is recommended to cover the canes after the onset of negative temperatures using boards or plastic bottles with water, then cover them with wind-proof material. With sufficient snow cover (from 20 cm), protection is not mandatory. Thanks to resistance to pests and diseases, 'Agata' ensures a stable yield of about 20.9 c/ha on average.
