Garlic Vityaz

The Vityaz garlic variety is a mid-season and non-shoot type intended for cultivation in personal subsidiary holdings. This winter-hardy variety is capable of yielding a stable harvest with an indicator of about 1.6 kg per square meter. The plant's leaves are dark green with a medium-intensity waxy coating, reaching a length of 39 cm and a width of 2.8 cm, indicating good vegetative mass.

The Vityaz garlic bulb is round-flat in shape, weighing about 85 grams, and consists of 13-15 cloves of complex structure. The dry skins have a lilac-purple color, the leathery skins are light purple, and the flesh is creamy. The garlic has a semi-sharp taste, making it versatile for various culinary applications, including fresh dishes and canning.

The Vityaz variety is characterized by good adaptation to climatic conditions and resistance to winter cold, ensuring reliable cultivation in regions with harsh winters.
