Description
Medium-ripening variety, obtained at the I.V. Michurin Institute of Horticulture by pollinating the 'Pamyat Michurina' variety with a mixture of pollen from 'Golubka', 'Vystavochnaya', and 'Naryadnaya' varieties. Author: K.D. Sergeeva. Included in the State Register of Varieties Approved for Use in the Central Region in 1985.
Strong-growing, moderately spreading bush. Woody branches are medium-length, slightly curved, brown-red, hairy. Buds are intensely pink with a purple tint.
Leaves are five-lobed, large, dark green with blunt, curled teeth, glabrous, matte, leathery, convex. Leaf base has a deep notch.
Berries are large (1.1 g), round-oval, black, with thin skin, tart-sweet taste (4.0 points), aromatic, versatile use. Inflorescence is long. Chemical composition: total sugars — 8.6%, titratable acidity — 3.7%, ascorbic acid — 199.0 mg/100 g.
Winter-hardy, self-fertile, resistant to bud mite, susceptible to fungal diseases, average yield 9.8 t/ha.
