Medium-early maturing variety, obtained at VSTISP through interspecific hybridization (parental forms unknown). Authors: N.K. Smol'yani nova, V.M. Litvinova. Since 1995, included in the State Register of Selection Achievements approved for use in the Central and Volga-Vyatka regions.
Medium-height, medium-spreading, dense bush. Non-woody stems are thick, light green with a pink 'tan', glossy. Woody stems are thick, gray-brown, straight. Buds are solitary, medium-sized, gray-brown, on a long stalk, elongated-ovate, narrow, pointed, bent at the top of the stem, pressed against the stem from the middle. Apical bud is non-free. Leaf scars are wedge-shaped.
Leaf is five-lobed, medium-sized, large only on young shoots, green, leathery, slightly wrinkled, glossy. Leaf blade is slightly folded along the central vein, leaf margins wavy, uplifted. Teeth along the leaf blade edge are small, blunt, curled, with a distinct white 'tip'. Central lobe is acute, shortened. Side lobes are acute, close together, angle between their veins is acute. Base is straight or convex with a small heart-shaped notch. Petiole is long, medium thickness, green, without hairs.
Flowers are large, dish-shaped, green color of the perianth. Sepals are yellow-green, closed, reflexed. Inflorescences are medium length (9-10 cm including petiole), dense. Axis is medium thickness, without hairs, petiole short.
Berries are medium-sized (average mass 0.6 g, maximum 1.0 g), round, occasionally slightly oval, white, glossy, dry detachable. Seeds are translucent, small, medium quantity. Taste is tart-sweet, refreshing, rating 4.0 points. Berries are suitable for various processing methods. Calyx is small, falls off, remnants of perianth are an indistinct pentagon. Pedicel is short, thin, green, without hairs. Chemical composition of berries: total sugars — 7.2%, titratable acidity — 2.1%, ascorbic acid — 32.6 mg/100 g.
Cold-resistant variety, yield 11.8 t/ha (5.2 kg/plant), moderate self-fertility, characterized by high field resistance to pests and diseases.
Advantages of the variety: high yield, high field resistance to pests and diseases.
Disadvantages of the variety: under heavy fruit load, the bush becomes spreading.
