Cucumber White Anaconda is an early-maturing parthenocarpic hybrid with an unusual snow-white fruit color, developed by the agricultural company "Aelita". The fruits reach a length of 25 to 35 cm and a weight of about 160-170 g, have a thin skin and a small seed cavity. A distinctive feature of the variety is the presence of a neck on the fruits, as well as their soft, sweet taste without bitterness and a refreshing aroma, making them an excellent choice for salads and thermal processing. The flesh and skin retain a crisp, elastic texture even after salting and canning, ensuring high-quality produce for winter.
Plants of the White Anaconda variety are weakly branched, predominantly female-flowering, with the presence of male flowers, which contributes to uniform fruit formation and prevents crop overloading. The hybrid is resistant to temperature fluctuations and various diseases, enabling a stable harvest until mid-autumn. From germination to the first harvest, it takes approximately 45 days, and the yield reaches 13-15 kg per square meter.
For optimal cultivation, trellising is recommended, especially in the middle belt in protected soil, while in southern regions, open ground is possible. The recommended planting density is no more than two plants per square meter. Thanks to its taste qualities and decorative appearance, the White Anaconda cucumber will become a standout in salads and sandwiches, as well as an excellent choice for home canning.
