BORISYCH

Borisych F1 is a medium-early parthenocarpic hybrid of female flowering type, intended for cultivation in spring and summer-autumn rotations both in open and protected soil. From seedlings to the start of fruiting, it takes 45-50 days. The plant is medium-branched, with one to two fruits forming per node, which contributes to stable and prolonged fruiting. The recommended planting density is 3.6–4 plants per square meter, ensuring high yield, exceeding 19 kg per square meter.

The fruits of Borisych F1 are elongated-cylindrical, 16-20 cm long and weighing 170-190 g. They are dark green with short light stripes, white-stemmed, slightly ribbed and slightly warty, with a short neck. The skin is thin and covered with small spines, giving the fruits an attractive appearance. The hybrid is genetically free of bitterness and possesses excellent taste qualities — the fruits are sweet and tasty. Due to its high marketability and good transportability, the cucumbers are suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for processing and canning.

The hybrid is resistant to major cucumber diseases such as powdery mildew and false powdery mildew, which simplifies care and reduces the risk of crop loss. Borisych F1 is a versatile variety suitable for various cultivation methods and uses, providing a stable and high-quality yield throughout the season.
