This early-maturing variety begins producing first green cucumbers around day 45 after germination. The plants are indeterminate, vigorous, and strongly branched, with predominantly female flowering, which contributes to high yields. One to three fruits form at each node.

The fruits of cucumber 'Sam Samych' have a cornichon type; they are cylindrical, large-ribbed, and white-haired, with a mass of about 60-70 grams.
