Cucumber SAM SAMYCH

Cucumber 'Sam Samych' is a bee-pollinated hybrid with partial parthenocarpy, meaning some fruits set without pollination. This early-maturing variety begins producing first green cucumbers around day 45 after germination. The plants are indeterminate, vigorous, and strongly branched, with predominantly female flowering, which contributes to high yields. One to three fruits form at each node.

The fruits of cucumber 'Sam Samych' have a cornichon type; they are cylindrical, large-ribbed, and white-haired, with a mass of about 60-70 grams. A distinctive feature is the absence of bitterness, making them especially attractive to consumers. The variety adapts well to adverse weather conditions in open ground, expanding its cultivation potential.

The yield of cucumber 'Sam Samych' in open ground is 5-6 kg per square meter, reaching 11-15 kg per square meter in greenhouse conditions. Due to its characteristics and resistance to weather conditions, this hybrid is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses, ensuring a stable and high-quality harvest.
