The primary use of Optimist cucumbers is for pickling, preparation of lightly salted cucumbers, and marination. The variety is suitable for cultivation in the forest-steppe and Polissia regions, and is recommended for all regions of the country. Additionally, there is a hybrid Optimist F1, which does not require pollination due to parthenocarpy, simplifying plant care and increasing yield stability.
