Description Module
Cucumber 'Module F1' is a hybrid developed at the Vegetable Experimental Station named after V.I. Edelstein, intended for cultivation in protected soil, primarily in winter greenhouses during the winter-spring cycle. This variety is characterized by medium maturity and high yield. The fruits are cylindrical with a short neck, green color, and high marketability, making them attractive for commercial sale. The plant is resistant to olive spot and relatively resistant to root and white rot, but susceptible to ascochytosis and powdery mildew.

Hybrid 'Module F1' is recommended for regions with cooler climates where winter greenhouse cultivation is possible. For successful cultivation, optimal agronomic conditions must be maintained, including proper temperature and humidity regimes. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for canning and pickling, expanding their usage possibilities.

The variety is characterized by good adaptability and high market value. The plant forms a robust leaf mass, which helps protect the fruits and improves growing conditions. For sowing, it is recommended to follow sowing norms and seed burial depth, as well as ensure optimal germination and growth temperatures. With proper care and storage, seeds remain viable for up to 6-8 years, enabling effective planning of sowing campaigns.
