Cucumber LORDLY FARMER

The cucumber 'Lordly Farmer' is a powerful early-maturing hybrid with an early fruiting period, beginning as early as 36-40 days after germination. The plant is medium-height with limited branching, making it convenient for cultivation in glass or plastic greenhouses. Each node produces 1-2 small cylindrical fruits 10-12 cm long and weighing 80-100 grams. The cucumbers have excellent taste qualities and are versatile in use — suitable for fresh salads, pickling, and canning. The hybrid features high market yield, reaching up to 10 kg per square meter, with up to 6 kg produced during the early fruiting period. A key feature of the variety is its ability to quickly and uniformly produce a large portion of the harvest in the first weeks, with up to 95% of the fruits having high quality, which is especially important for the early vegetable market. The plant is resilient to stressful conditions and maintains yield even under adverse weather. For successful cultivation, regular watering, weeding, soil loosening, and feeding with complex mineral fertilizers are required, along with timely harvesting. The fruits have an oval-cylindrical shape with a blunt tip and prominent bumps on the surface. The flesh is firm and crunchy, making the cucumbers particularly attractive for canning, as they retain crunch and color after processing. Due to its characteristics and ease of care, the hybrid 'Lordly Farmer' is a popular choice for both farmers and gardeners, providing a stable and high-quality harvest throughout the season.
