F1 Lord — a high-yielding, medium-maturing, classic insect-pollinated hybrid, predominantly female or female-type flowering. Widely grown in spring-summer rotations in open and protected ground. Branching is medium or above medium. A distinctive feature of the hybrid is intensive growth of the main vine and rapid emergence of lateral shoots, with fruiting reaching its peak after the lateral shoots have developed. Cold resistance and resistance to plant diseases contribute to high yields even in late August–September, under conditions unfavorable for many varieties. 1–2 fruits form at each node. The fruits are bright green, large-warted, white-tipped, 10–12 cm long; excellent for pickling, canning, and flavor. The hybrid is resistant to powdery mildew, olive spot, and common cucumber mosaic virus, and tolerant to false powdery mildew. 10% pollinator is added to F1 Lord. Colored pollinator seeds are included in each hybrid packet.
Planting density in open ground: 3–4 plants/m2, in greenhouses: 2.5 plants/m2.
