LAPLAND — a medium-maturing parthenocarpic cucumber hybrid, characterized by vigorous growth and a medium-height plant type with large leaves. Cucumbers have a length of 8–9 cm, an attractive elongated-oval shape, and dark green color with white stripes reaching up to one-third of the fruit. The fruits are large-bumpy with sparsely distributed bumps, giving them an appealing appearance. The maturity period is approximately 45–48 days, making it a mid-early variety.

The hybrid exhibits high cold resistance, ensuring no growth inhibition during brief spring frosts and maintaining good fruit set during autumn fruiting. LAPLAND has very high flavor qualities, making the fruits ideal for pickling. The plant is resistant to powdery mildew and anthracnose, and also relatively resistant to bacterial disease, significantly reducing disease risk and increasing yield.

The variety is suitable for cultivation in open ground and protected structures, making it versatile for various climatic conditions. In cooler climates, it is recommended to use seedling cultivation to achieve optimal results.
