Dundee cucumber is an early-maturing bush hybrid suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in protected soil. This parthenocarpic variety features stable high yield and female flower type, ensuring abundant fruiting without pollination. Due to its characteristics, Dundee cucumber is suitable for winter-spring turnover, with planting beginning at the start of January in the third daylight zone.

Dundee cucumber fruits have a spindle shape with large bumps and white spines. Fruit length varies from 6 to 22 cm depending on their position on the plant: on the main stem they reach 16-17 cm, and on lateral branches — 19-22 cm. The average weight of one cucumber is 160-180 grams. The fruits are crisp, firm, and free of bitterness, making them ideal for fresh consumption, canning, and preparing pickles.
