Description Crystal
Cucumber Crystal is an early indeterminate hybrid, primarily intended for cultivation in greenhouses and under plastic coverings, although in southern regions it can also be grown in open ground. The plant forms a robust bush reaching 1.5 to 1.8 meters in height with short internodes. Each cluster bears 8 to 10 fruits, which are round in shape and bright yellow with small stripes and spots resembling lemons or tangerines. The flesh is crisp with a mild sweet taste, making this variety particularly appealing for fresh consumption.

The Crystal hybrid is characterized by high yield and resistance to major cucumber diseases, ensuring a stable harvest until the end of the season. Due to its content of beneficial substances such as flavonoids, the fruits contribute to improved cognitive functions of the body. The plants are vigorous and productive, making this variety popular both for home cultivation and commercial production.

For successful cultivation of Crystal cucumber, it is recommended to use complex fertilizers that provide plants with necessary macro-, meso-, and microelements. Fertilizers in crystalline form containing nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium promote active growth, fruit set, and improved fruit quality. They can be applied in spring and autumn, using both root and foliar feedings, which helps improve crop yield and plant resilience.
