Cucumber Artek

Artek F1 — an early cucumber hybrid with a maturity period of 40-42 days. The plant is strong, compact, and well-leafed, predominantly with female flowering. The fruits have a cylindrical shape, about 9 cm long, 3 cm in diameter, and weigh approximately 75 grams. They feature a beautiful dark green color with longitudinal blurred stripes, a large-bumpy surface, and black spines. Due to its genetic trait, the fruits do not become bitter, ensuring excellent taste quality for fresh, pickled, or canned cucumbers. The Artek F1 hybrid exhibits high resistance to various diseases, including false powdery mildew, cladosporiasis, and cucumber mosaic virus-1. Additionally, it is stress-tolerant and well-adapted to temperature fluctuations, with fruits remaining green even at elevated temperatures. These qualities make it a reliable choice for cultivation in various climatic conditions. The fruits of this hybrid have excellent appearance and good transportability, which is crucial for commercial cultivation and sales. The plant is recommended to be planted at a spacing of 70x30 cm, promoting optimal growth and high yield, reaching up to 12 kg per square meter. Artek F1 is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and protected environments, ensuring a stable and high-quality harvest.
