Vels

The Vels corn hybrid is a mid-early maturing variety with FAO 270, developed by a Ukrainian producer. It features high yield potential and drought resistance, making it suitable for cultivation in various regions with variable climates. Additionally, the hybrid has moderate cold tolerance, allowing successful cultivation in cooler conditions.

The Vels sweet corn has bright golden-yellow kernels with a thin hull and tender, sweet creamy flesh. The corn has a cylindrical shape, length of approximately 18-19 cm, and an average weight of about 200 g. Its early maturity — 70-80 days from emergence — allows for quick harvest. Plants reach a height of 210-220 cm, promoting good development and formation of large ears.
