Viking is a water-dispersible concentrate with contact-systemic action, designed for pre-sowing treatment of cereal crops such as corn, winter wheat, and spring barley. Its composition includes two active ingredients — carbosulfan and thiampen, each at a concentration of 200 g/l. Carbosulfan acts systemically, providing protection from within the plant, while thiampen has a contact action, preventing pathogens from developing on the seed surface.
The main purpose of the preparation is to protect seeds from various diseases, including fusarium diseases, root and stem rots, and mold. Thanks to this, Viking promotes improved germination and increased yield. It is recommended to treat seeds 7-14 days before sowing, after preliminary cleaning from impurities. The application rate for corn, wheat, and barley is 10 liters per hectare, with dosing possible from 1.5 to 5.6 liters per ton of seeds.
The preparation is available in convenient packaging — 20-liter cans. Viking is compatible with fertilizers, growth stimulators, and insecticides, allowing its integration into complex plant protection and nutrition systems. Moreover, it is environmentally safe, making it an effective and eco-friendly solution for protecting cereal crop seeds.
