SAT 260 MV is a transgenic hybrid corn developed for cultivation in various climatic conditions, including dry and unfavorable regions. The hybrid is characterized by high yield, reaching 190-210 centners per hectare, as well as drought resistance, frost tolerance up to -12°C, and resistance to various diseases. The plant stem is strong and solid, with large leaves and long, heavy ears, contributing to high yield formation. Seeds have high purity (99.99%) and moisture content around 13%, ensuring high-quality planting material.
SAT 260 MV belongs to the medium-maturing hybrids with FAO 260, allowing its use in various agro-climatic zones, including the forest-steppe and Polissia regions. Sowing is recommended between March 10 and May 30, at a rate of 18 kg per hectare. Germination rate and seed vigor reach 97%, guaranteeing good plant emergence and growth. For optimal growth, fertilizers such as nitroammophoska at 200 kg/ha or ammonium nitrate at 250 kg/ha are recommended, along with herbicides according to instructions.
The SAT 260 MV hybrid is suitable for cultivation across the entire territory of Ukraine and is intended for spring sowing. Its resistance to adverse weather conditions and diseases makes it a reliable choice for farmers aiming to achieve a stable and high corn yield. Thanks to its characteristics, this hybrid ensures efficient use of land resources and contributes to the development of agricultural production.
