POLINA S

Corn hybrid "POLINA S" is an early-maturing, high-yielding variety that reaches technical maturity in approximately 100 days after emergence. Plants grow to a height of 160-200 cm, and ears are 16-20 cm long with an average weight of about 200 grams. The kernels of this variety have high taste qualities, are rich in sugars, proteins, and vitamins from groups B2 and PP, making them especially nutritious and flavorful. Due to its characteristics, corn is ideal for fresh consumption, as well as for canning and freezing. For successful cultivation of the "POLINA S" variety, it is recommended to soak seeds in water for 24 hours before planting. Sowing should be done in open ground after the threat of late frosts has passed and soil temperature reaches 10-12°C. Seed depth should be up to 8 cm, ensuring optimal conditions for germination and plant development. Crop care includes regular weeding, soil loosening, and hilling before tassel formation. Irrigation is carried out as needed to maintain optimal soil moisture. The variety responds well to application of organic or complex mineral fertilizers prior to planting, which helps increase yield and improve kernel quality.
