GRATIN is a winter barley hybrid created using the innovative Hyvido™ technology, which ensures stable high yields even under extreme weather conditions. The yield potential of this variety reaches 100-110 centners per hectare, with the number of stems per plant ranging from 6 to 8. Thanks to its high frost resistance and drought tolerance, GRATIN is successfully grown in all soil-climate zones of Ukraine, demonstrating medium-early maturity and high adaptability to various soil types, particularly preferring soils with high humus content after typical predecessors. The hybrid is characterized by high plasticity and cultivation intensity, allowing for effective use of mineral fertilizers and sowing 10-15 days earlier than regular varieties typical for this climate zone. This contributes to optimal plant development and maximum realization of their potential. A complex of protective measures in growing GRATIN is based on careful assessment of crop status and includes necessary agrotechnical measures to maintain crop health and productivity. Additionally, GRATIN possesses important biological properties that contribute to the normalization of trophic and metabolic processes in plants, improving their resistance and protective functions. This makes this barley not only high-yielding but also reliable under various stress factors, ensuring production stability and crop quality.
