NS 2602

Corn hybrid NS 2652 is a mid-season variety with a vegetation period of 115-120 days and belongs to FAO maturity group 280. This Serbian hybrid, developed in Novi Sad, has a high yield potential up to 15 tons per hectare. Plants form cylindrical ears up to 30 cm long with 14-18 rows of orange-yellow dent kernels. The 1000-kernel weight is 360-380 grams, indicating high grain quality and commercial value. The hybrid is adapted to various climatic and soil conditions in Ukraine, making it suitable for cultivation in the Polissia, Forest-Steppe, and Steppe regions with different plant densities.

NS 2652 exhibits high resistance to major corn diseases, including gray mold, powdery mildew, fusarium, rust, and root rot, ensuring stable yields and reducing the risk of losses. Additionally, the hybrid is drought- and heat-tolerant, and resistant to lodging due to a strong root system with light anthocyanic coloring. Anthocyanins enhance plant adaptation under stress conditions, expanding cultivation possibilities in unfavorable climatic zones.
