NS 3030

Corn NS 3030 is a mid-season grain-type hybrid developed by Serbian breeders and adapted to various climatic conditions in Ukraine. With a vegetation period of 113 to 115 days and a FAO maturity index of 330, this hybrid is characterized by high yield and stability of performance even under stressful growing conditions. The plant has a strong root system and a sturdy, elastic stem approximately 2.8 meters tall, resistant to lodging and breakage, ensuring reliability under adverse weather conditions. The cylindrical ears contain 16-18 rows of yellow, dent-shaped kernels, with a 1000-kernel weight of about 360-390 grams.

NS 3030 exhibits high resistance to a range of diseases, including stalk and head fusarium, blister and smut, gray and root rot, rust, and helminthosporium. Thanks to genetic protection and smart heterosis, the hybrid shows enhanced resistance to drought, high temperatures, and other adverse environmental factors. Rapid seed germination and high initial growth energy ensure uniform emergence, while prolonged retention of green leaf mass promotes effective photosynthesis and plant development.

Hybrid NS 3030 is suitable for cultivation in all soil-climatic zones of Ukraine, including the Polissia, Steppe, and Forest-Steppe regions. It effectively utilizes nutrient area due to its robust root system and high compensatory capacity. The plant responds well to microfertilizer applications containing phosphorus, sulfur, potassium, magnesium, and zinc, enabling the achievement of ultra-high yields when agronomic norms of moderate intensity are followed. Corn NS 3030 is suitable for producing high-quality grain with high starch content as well as for silage, making it a versatile choice for farmers.
